Erica serves as Senior Vice President and Family Wealth & Alternatives Strategist at 1900 Wealth Management, where she contributes to the firm’s Family Office Services and Alternative Investment platforms. She focuses on evaluating private investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and developing strategies that enhance portfolio diversification for high- and ultra-high-net-worth families.

With more than 18-years of global experience, Erica brings deep expertise in family office advisory, private investments, and capital formation. Before joining 1900 Wealth Management, she founded Ginger Advisory, a Hong Kong–based consulting firm advising family offices and growth-focused funds on asset allocation, special situations, and platform development. She previously held senior leadership roles at Franklin Templeton and Pacific Century Group Holdings and served in derivatives, structured products, and regional strategy roles with Goldman Sachs & Co.

Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She also completed studies at Peking University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
