What drew you to the industry, specifically, your role within the industry?
The financial and tax planning industry has always interested me because it requires a deep understanding of the technical and human elements involved in wealth management. I enjoy the challenge of navigating complex tax rules and devising customized strategies for each client. I was particularly drawn to this role because it allows me to engage in meaningful problem-solving, where each client’s situation presents a unique puzzle. The satisfaction that comes from helping clients protect and grow their wealth while also securing their financial legacies truly motivates me.

What skills do you bring to your position and to servicing your clients?
I bring comprehensive technical skills, particularly in tax planning and wealth transfer strategies. With my background as a CPA, I have developed a firm grasp of tax laws and how they impact people’s financial plans. This experience helps me spot potential issues and opportunities for our clients, ensuring their financial strategies are solid and future-ready. I also try to make complex financial ideas understandable so clients feel confident and well-informed about their choices.

I value spending time with family and friends, especially around the Blanco River, which is a great spot for relaxation. I also enjoy getting away to the mountains for hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter. Traveling is a big part of my life, too—it’s a chance to explore new places and gain fresh perspectives. Back home, I like visiting local restaurants and enjoying a quiet evening outdoors.
