Meet Bella Scanland, Client Services Specialist at 1900 Wealth. Bella supports clients and advisors by coordinating account operations and delivering responsive, personalized service. As part of the Client Services team, she helps ensure every client experience is smooth, efficient, and grounded in trust.

In what ways does your position directly impact the client experience?
Client Services and Operations play an important role in ensuring a seamless and responsive client experience. Whether supporting clients directly or working behind the scenes to assist advisors, my goal is to create a smooth and helpful experience throughout every step of the journey. Building long-term relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. I enjoy getting to know clients and assisting them with their needs.

What core skills or qualities have been most important to your success in this role?
Building long-term relationships has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I believe that trust, empathy, and consistency are key to making that possible. I always try to approach my work with thoughtfulness and attention to detail, which helps ensure that clients feel supported and heard no matter the task at hand.

What aspects of working at 1900 Wealth do you find most fulfilling?
I really value the relationships I’ve built, both with clients and with my colleagues. Working closely with different departments has given me a deep appreciation for the collaborative environment at 1900 Wealth. Everyone is focused on the same goal: helping clients succeed. It’s fulfilling to know that the work I do contributes to that mission.

What is one thing clients may not realize about the support team’s contributions to their financial journey?
While advisors lead the way in financial planning, our support team helps ensure that things run efficiently behind the scenes. We’re here to provide the service and structure that keep everything on track.

How do you see your work contributing to the firm’s long-term goals and continued growth?
As 1900 Wealth continues to grow, there are always new opportunities to add value to the company. I enjoy being part of a team that’s open to fresh ideas and committed to

continuous improvement. By staying proactive and focused on the client experience, I feel like I’m contributing to the firm’s reputation for quality and care.

What does “client-first service” mean to you within the framework of 1900 Wealth’s mission?
To me, client-first service means always keeping the client’s best interests top of mind. It’s about being proactive, thoughtful, and making sure that every interaction reflects the care and respect our clients deserve. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it.

Outside of work, how do you enjoy spending your time?
I love spending time with my three young granddaughters and staying connected with my two sisters. I also enjoy traveling, visiting local farmers markets, gardening, and giving back through volunteer work. Those moments keep me grounded and bring a lot of joy to my life.
