Teri M. Grubb joined 1900 Wealth in May 2025 as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations & Client Experience, overseeing operations, systems, and the client experience.
Previously, she served as COO at Sendero Wealth Management, managing investment advisors, client services, and back-office operations. She also held senior leadership roles at Jefferson Bank and CAPTRUST, where she led financial advisory teams and business growth initiatives.
Ms. Grubb was co-CEO and COO of South Texas Money Management (STMM) before its acquisition by CAPTRUST. At STMM, she oversaw operations for the $3.7 billion wealth management firm.
She holds a Master of Arts (2011) and Bachelor of Arts (2008) in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word. A Leadership Texas graduate, she has been recognized with multiple honors, including San Antonio Business Journal’s “Woman of the Year” and “Top 40 Under 40.”
