Katie Richards

Katie Richards is the Quality Control Lead at 1900 Wealth.

She is responsible for ensuring data and account accuracy, handling technical issues, and providing oversight and guidance to support staff and Advisors through the preparation of documentation for new brokerage, retirement, complex, and managed accounts in accordance with Custodian service guidelines.

Katie joined the 1900 Wealth team in 2023, after spending most of her professional career within the fields of finance and business management. With extensive experience in planning, executing, and finalizing Advisor transitions, along with conducting custodian policy, procedure requirements, and managing workflow accuracy, Katie is equipped with the knowledge necessary to serve as Quality Control Lead.

At the end of 2022, Katie moved from Nebraska to the great state of Texas, where she is looking forward to all the opportunities and experiences it has in store for her. She and her dog Stevie are quite the adventurers and are always looking for new and exciting things to do and see, particularly around her new hometown. Katie graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2018.
